A fuss about nothing!

Thanks to everyone for helping my wave photo do so well in the popular pages.
A spectacular start to the day as you can see but it very quickly went downhill and most of the day was dark and wet.
I have had something sore on the soul of the foot so I asked my wife to have a look at it.
She thought there might be a splinter there so she got out her needle and tweezers to investigate. After much screaming with pain and some bad language, she gave up.
I managed to get an appointment with a podiatrist, and she painlessly removed the cause of my anguish. It was an eyelash! I felt a bit silly but she said it can cause pain like walking on shards of glass.
