A quick snap of the sun shining through the door out to the garden in the spare room at lunchtime today.
Half an hour later as I headed back to work the sun had been replaced by a cold, damp sea haar and I get the feeling i'm not going to be seeing much sun again for a good few days.

Have been struggling with a sore back for the last couple of days.
Lots of pain deep down at my lower back around the coccyx. It seems to not be too bad when i'm just sitting like at work but when I try to walk it's a real struggle and I feel/look like I am waddling like a duck or like i'm wearing a full nappy - not a good look!
Popping the pills left over from the ones I got from the docs when it was sore like this a few months ago so hopefully it'll not last too long :(
