Road Tunnel

This road tunnel is a important part of the Amsterdam defense system in case of flooding. At the end of this tunnel is a very big lock, that closes in case of emergency. Or else the city can be flooded through this tunnel. The doors of this lock are 5 meters high and approximately 1 meter thick.
The tunnel is also very important for the accessibility of the Amsterdam Science Park.
