Delphic

Went to a gig at the O2 Academy in Oxford to see a band called Delphic.

I managed to get hold of a photo pass, so was able to get some 'good' shots from the front.

The band were really good, and had a very good live set. A number of songs flowed into each other seamlessly, like their preceding DJ set before their gig.

The lighting at the gig was a real challenge. Almost totally lit from behind, and perhaps not enough ISO on my part as the images were all quite dark and very blown out in the lights. I tried using evaluative metering rather than spot metering this time to get a better balance across the image, but it just doesn't feel like it worked.
