Falling down

It got very warm today and fortunately I got the lawns mowed before the Front and change of weather come in. A trip into the country found some old sheds and a group of men BeeHiving badly see my extra. I had another run today and managed 4km of the 10 in total I walked and ran. I thought the transition would have been easy but I can tell you it's not and I have to start from the beginning all over again.
