Horseplay

Out with H for morning walk as usual then dropped MrsT’s car off at garage for repairs. Was going to cycle back but ended up running in the end.

I haven’t ran for about 3 months. Lost the mojo a bit but here this morning I did a little over 13km from Uphall down through Almondell Country Park, into Mid Calder then up to Oakbank and home! All mostly trail running.

Felt better after a nice hot bowl of my home made cock o’ leekie soup.

Nice afternoon so we’ll go for a family dog walk.
