It's a Chili night

Coffee from Mexico yesterday, chili today. Ready for a good squirt or two of Valentina onto the toppings of cheese and avocado for that extra kick of heat.

Turns out that chili is spelled with two "L's" or an "e" depending on where in the world you happen to be, I hope that nugget of trivia won't keep you awake all night.
