Roadworks

These roadworks are causing chaos in the town at the moment. There are four-way traffic lights and general gridlock hideousness. Going on until March apparently!
Mr K and I walked into town again at lunchtime. He ignored my tutting and got himself another portion of chips to stuff his face with walking back up the hill.
Bake Off tonight and I actually remembered that it was on. It was the semi final so it's a bit late to manage to remember!
Controversial result  with Laura staying and Hermine going but I was pleased!!
My poor Mum's had an awful time today trying to transfer the money to the IVA woman. She had the wrong account number, her bank didn't tell her she'd have to have a bank card to make the transfer in branch, when she tried online it triggered a fraud alert and now the account - where she'd put all the money - has been frozen. Excellent!!
She's been in a complete state about it. It'll all be OK but it's another long stretch of a long road.
