On the way back from their ride is the ideally located Lemonseed cafe. A chase to discuss riding enhancers. No, not doping but Haribos or energy gels. 

Later, after buying the morning loaf of nice, unsweetened bread, Mrs S and I had a walk around the golfer free golf course which is looking gorgeous with the oaks now contributing to the golden scene.
