New recipe

I like to try new recipes, I also like to read cookery books. So today, having bought a new book recently, I decided to try 'lemonade pork'. Diet coke chicken is a favourite that I have made often, this is similar, but using pork and lemonade. The diet coke chicken remains a favourite, but this was good too.
