The Barn II

Coming back from my dog walk this morning, I noticed something strange on top of our barn. Something that wasn't there yesterday... a roof!

As it turns out, it was there yesterday - we just didn't spot it when we got home in the dark. (Mrs B got a similar shock when she opened the bedroom curtains).

It was all go here soon after - builders arriving with more roofing, mini-digger arriving to start prepping the floor and the painter here to finish off my office.

And of course, me trying and failing to get LMB out of the house efficiently.

Another beautiful day when I would much rather have stayed at home and played in the garden than go to work.
