Padlocked!

Took me a little while to work out what this was all about in the path but it is the parking post to stop people coming past and parking in the church grounds. It was down as people were in the church. Bill worked it out. Very intriguing but what was the worst was all the cigarette ends round it - just disgusting. If you must smoke at least dispose of your 'tabbies' somewhere and not in the grounds of a church, messing up the graveyard and creating litter. Or are they smoking there to cut out the middlemen!! My rant for the day!
