Day 10

Almost there as NHS Track and Trace say we can be free to mingle on Tuesday. Lucy, the positive tester, has done her isolation already.

Treated myself to an isolated 12km plod back from Rawtenstall to home.

The phone box at Nangreaves still has a working phone AND a book exchange or mini library. Was hoping to see something by local resident and my twitter mate @wombat37 there but didn't spot one this time.

My IT Band played up towards the end which is a bit of an issue. Need to get doing my exercises.
