Gluten Free Yorkshire Puddings

Today’s picture is of some gluten free Yorkshire puddings. As an experiment I included a small cocktail sausage in four of them, so they are mini Toad-in-the-holes. I was surprised that they turned out okay, as gluten free Yorkshire puddings often do not rise; some were eaten for Sunday lunch, the others have been frozen for later.
