Managed a slow walk with Jude today to exercise my back, it is feeling loads better but still a horrible feeling it might ‘just go!’
I’ve been signed off for a couple of weeks from work with my back so I’m hoping it’s enough time to get some strength in it. Doctor suggested ‘light duties’ ....work said ‘light?’
The next job is a swapping a water heater which is 30ft in the air.....no chance!
