Thank you all for the blip day wishes yesterday 1460th which I should have received two years ago if I’d not taken a good 18 months off. Damn! Still intend to back blip...
Wow it was a chilly wind today so braced myself for a wee short walk with recovering Covid pal who was absolutely floored with CV and two weeks later a frail wee scone. Mini walk, longer cuppa. Chat... for the first time in a fortnight, felt good!
Then my usual pilgrimage to North Berwick to The Herringbone for lunch. Alcohol free Seedlip gin went down well with the sweet potato burger .
Walked it off along Milsey Bay with pink cheeks. Beautiful sky , lots of happy faces and dogs. Out feels all the more precious than in!
