Chardonnay

Stuck in doors today waiting for a surveyor to visit so I have chosen an image taking in a much warmer place some time ago.

The title is a bad play on words - “ Shard on the day”. Groan.

If you did not see the ghost like image in the thumbnail try looking into the glass. Apologies if you do not see the building as I am obviously suffering from Cabin Fever.

The shot was taken in a wonderful coastal town in Italy called Monopoli. It’s on the Adriatic Sea. We had a great lunch looking out to sea and the shot is taken from our table.

Warning there may be more unusual Shards over the next couple of days.
