Congratulations!

Forgive me blip father, for I have sinned

This picture was taken last night, not today. But in the only instance that I shall do this, I have very good reason.

This picture is of Michael Deedigan. More specifically Mike enjoying his first drink for a year!
In order to raise money for a cancer charity, having lost several close to him from that cause recently, he gave up the booze for a year. A sterling effort for the of us that are so dependant on the deadly nectar! Even more so that Mike is Irish (horrible stereotype made in humour!)

So last night we had a small gathering to celebrate his efforts.
Hilariously the pub had run out of Guiness, with pretty much ruined Mike's night.
