Sunrise...

on the Plateau coloured the clouds as they swept alongthe ridges. Seems to be plenty of wind and snow up there. We were lucky here, with a breeze and reasonable temperatures. Good for walking.
In the hazel wood, there was a flurry of activity, Crested Tits, Crossbills, Treecreepers, squirrels, Longtailed Tits and Bullfinches. Scratchings and tappings and twitterings could be heard , had to stop and listen.
