Nice surprises

We drove to the regional hospital in Chur to get Malcolm checked out with a CT scan and an X-ray as his progress on the leg has been deteriorating, dreadful hobbling and lots of pain. We are very relieved to hear, yes, there is some inflammation on the knee joint but, no, there doesn't appear to me much else giving cause for concern. We're not sure why he's having more problems but we feel very relieved to hear that it's nothing more serious and he can get some more therapy.
The extra is of the drive over the Albulapass, which is still open (remarkable for November).
The main shot is taken at sunset just as we were arriving home. It was a joyous moment.
