Lyne Valley

Well the wind hasn't dropped that much, so I decide on the 80km normal route for the bike ride. Out through Penicuik, over the Moor Road, with the stiff headwind, takes a bit longer than usual. The it is West Linton, Romannobridge, the blip taken from Newlands of the Lyne Valley. Then down to Lyne, before heading over the Meldons to Eddleston, the Falla Toll road, to Mount Lothian and Auchendinny.

A nice quiet walk in the afternoon up to Swanston, before coffee and cake take away from the local café.
