Bangkok, again.

We went by mistake to the reclining Buddah. It was full of tourists and hot. We walked round watching the detail of the exterior wall where there was less competition.

Afternoon stroll in a rare oasis of balmy walkability, a park full of large ponds with pedallo Swans, palm trees, cats curled in pots of bourgonvillia, fish so fat they fumble for tourist food, lazy monitor lizards and Bangkok's entire sporting population, running very slowly round the perimeter or bouncing lethargically to loudspeaker dance-athons. And tea in the obligatory posh hotel with an infinity pool falling into the Bangkok skyline.
