I hold David Keith partly responsible, along with a couple of irresponsible mates here. 
One of them spotted the ad for it and has offered to help get it going as it needs some minor repairs. 
Apparently it will then be worth twice as much.....................?

For those who want to know the details it's a 1976 BMW R60/7. Very similar to the R60/5 he rode all over Australia in the 1970s.
Then he got married and had kids and decided riding motor bikes was not the responsible thing to do.....................?
