Deck Bike

Here's my boy. I didn't have a blip from the day, so did the usual: stalk the kids, with my camera in hand. This was the best of them, though I like this one of Miss 7 reading her way through a Dr Seuss stack.

I was going to blither on her about my run and my knee, but it got too long, so here's a link to it instead.

tl;dr - slammed knee into desk yesterday. Gristly graunchy clickity clackety sounds. Not completely happy with it on even a short run directly to the gym and back. Grumpy about it.
