Young Blackbird

Does anyone know when Blackbirds go into adult plumage ?. Ma Blackbird went after heroic raising of three young .  I wonder if this will be a female. It seems to spend time around the adult male.

I had an osteopathic session to see if she can improve the neuropathic pain in feet/legs/hips. I moved well for a couple of days but after a good sleep last night I'm jammed up again this morning and a Zoom pilates session ain't improved it : dam !! 

I'll welcome coming out of lockdown to be able to get my eyes tested. Manual focus gets tough !.
