Swans at the Helix

A wet start to the day so some household chores were done. Decided to go to Blackness for a walk...... bleak!

On the way home we called in at the Helix for another walk....less bleak, in fact some blue sky.

During early lockdown a local nursery delivered plants to us. We noticed they had opened a shop in Falkirk so we called in today and collected a small Christmas tree to sit at our front door.

Hope to put lights on our big outdoor tree tomorrow ( a bit early , but the weather forecast is good.) We won’t switch the lights on just yet.

I do notice Christmas trees up here already . I think folk are determined to add some colour to their lives!

Golden girls tonight.... laughs and chat which certainly make my night.
