Sympathy

"Ladies and gentlemen, here's my disease"

Thought I'd go out on the road and make the effort rather than just saddling up in the kitchen. Shouldn't have bothered - very windy, almost dark in the middle of the day, the bike was riding like a dog, and then I punctured on the run in to home and ended up just walking the last half mile rather than actually getting the tools and tube out and mending the damned thing. It doesn't happen often but some rides are on the wrong side of 'decent', this was one of them.

Tonight - telly and salmon, not necessarily in that order.
