Hedderwick Burn

This is one of my favourite viewpoints where Hedderwick Burn flows into Little Beach to zigzag across the beach until it reaches the mouth of the River Tyne before flowing out to sea. It was particularly attractive today with a blue sky and winter sun which gave lovely long raking shadows across the foreground. I guess apart from the stream and the bridge it is the Scots Pines that really make this such an attractive vista.
