Chinese dumpling cooking class

Today I attended the second session of the Chinese cooking class that some of my friends and I are attending. We made pork and chive dumplings today, they are some of my favourites.

Turned out pretty good, although I will be making some changes because I found the wrapper a little too thick. Our instructor was impressed but I think he may have been under the impression that we were tai tais and didn't know how to cook at all! Little did he know!!

Fun though, and one class left! Making pork buns next week, yay!
