Veal Saltimbocca

Veal saltimbocca, quinoa, and salad. Dessert was a repeat of last night (vintage port with stilton and walnuts).

Veal saltimbocca is a favorite dish, though I don’t make it as often as I used to as I don’t encounter the proper veal very often.
