Down from The Mynd

Such a stunning afternoon we decided to go for a walk up on the Long Mynd near Church Stretton.
All the heather and bracken is now over, but the colours are still beautiful. On the way down the hill, I stopped to take this picture looking over towards The Lawley and Caer Caradoc. Gosh we live in a beautiful country.
