today

today Christine brought us a fine turbot and a huge dover sole.
to see the kindly Mister (wielding the knives) and myself (on You Tube duty) tackling the skinning and filleting was a comedy moment.
we have decided to have the dover sole tonight and have banished the naughty turbot to the freezer to think on.  
we'll do something with it next week.

the dover sole with samphire & beurre noisette was delicious, if not the most beautifully presented!
