Morning duties in Kirkwall featured a visit to the Chiropractor.  After administering an effete pummeling he advised me to go back to using a safety net again.

After a relaxation of rules the Current Mrs Creel has returned to badminton (at the Grammar School).  Meantime however to save a lot of cleaning they have decided not to use racquets.

With no Blipping having taken place I popped the camera out of the bedroom window.
