An uneventful day, phoned a few people, spent an hour waiting to speak to Virgin, our internet is more miss than hit, they are sending someone out.

Phoned another gas engineer, let’s see if this one phones back......

Booked R in for a wash, trim and manicure.

Put off phoning the insurance company until tomorrow.
