Natural Fairy Lights

Caught in the backyard after sunset, the winterberry was still lit up in the dark, in place of candles on a birthday cake for Mr Mole.  (No cake.  No candles.  He didn't want one).

At Miles Farmers Market, an estimated 4,000 pies were made by request for sale today.  That's an astounding number of pies for a small outfit to make.  I'll be happy if I make one vegan pumpkin pie.

Our freezer motor is making noises.  Fingers crossed it holds out until Dec 1, the earliest a repairman can come out.
