I forget.....

Cognitive impairment - if we live long enough - affects almost everyone in some degree, in some sad cases as a sign of serious disease.

Apart from having to think hard over some names, my faculties are holding for the moment. Except that, this is the third week hard running that I have still been wearing this at 4:30 - when its task was finished at 2:00 pm.

I'll be looking for my glasses which are on the top of my head....
