Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder

Seeing as this is my first ever blip I originally thought I should take a photo of the sunset, a happy self portrait or a beautiful flower or something but I decided against that as soon as I saw the old chopped down log in my garden. I noticed the mushrooms growing on it and thought to myself how beautiful they were. I know that it's probably not everyone's idea of beautiful but I enjoy the many shapes, sizes and colours of fungi. I guess beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.
