Little Jewels

We had a few raindrops. It hasn't heavy rain just misty stuff. Hopefully  it has been enough to do the garden some good.

I hurt my back and so was lucky the Osteopath had a cancellation this morning. Afterwards I meet up with my friend for lunch before her exercise class.

My first appointment for my finger trouble is tomorrow morning after acupuncture. I have to have night splints made and see the Physio for exercises for my arms and hands.

Another appointment arrived also for a Ultra Scan of a nerve in my arm. But it is the same time and day as I see another Specialist about my feet which I am seeing privately... that has been booked for over a two months so wanted to kept that one. I was lucky they could bring the scan forward to the morning of the same day. I have a feeling my foot trouble maybe connected to what is happening in the hands.
