Blown Away
After a brace of grey foggy days, the blue sky and sun has returned to give joy and provide some self generated Vitamin D.
The leaves on the west boundary of the Policies are now blown way and the early mornings feature pigeons gorging themselves on acorns and beech nuts.
The odd collections of pigeon feathers also mark the start of a meal by one of our local raptors.
Such is the way of nature. Pheasants are still courting, and make quite a din.
The Policies are a very noisy place first thing.
With some luck, I should be able to pick up the remainder of the fallen leaves and disperse them in various ways.
