The Studio/Gym

It's going to be quite in the gym now the kids have gone home. I need to stop calling them kids. Charmaine is 15 and Naomi is 14. Teens more than kids and all kids seem older now anyway.

Worked from home today and in all honesty, I could have completed more but I had to drive the teens home so that was 2 hours out of the day but I will make up for it Tonight when I'm in a meeting from 9pm till 10.

We have a free weekend this weekend so I'm really looking forward to doing nice things like some photography and going out on my racing bike for an hour. I might even push the boat out and get the weekend FT.
