Autumn birches

I walked down to the post office this afternoon. It was quite busy with people posting parcels early for Christmas. I bought my Christmas stamps because last year they ran out!
So busy today, Blipfoto wasn’t on the agenda until later. This is a patchwork/embroidery picture based on a Gustav Klimt painting, one of a series depicting the seasons. Maybe one day I should have a go at spring, that would be fun.
