Delight

More rainbow chard, more onions, more olive oil, more feta, more late autumn deliciousness. Once semi roasted I’ll be treating this to a topping of crumbly feta.

Feeling grateful but also feeling very, very tired. Trying to meet too many demands on my time.

Attended a virtual AGM today for my trade union (missed the first bit thanks to an unexpected request) but I got to vote on three of the motions so that was very welcome. The last AGM I went to was in Belfast- it was freezing cold despite some fiery debate!
