Clouds

Zebedee was violently sick in the night, he started vomiting at midnight and was ill for three or four hours so I was up till about three therefore today I didn’t feel good, he’s absolutely fine today unbelievably, he is so fit generally that I suppose he just bounces back very fast, I don’t know what it was that caused it.

Just another day in recovery really, had a couple of walks, one with my neighbour Kate, did my Pilates et cetera, was in quite a lot of pain this evening, just got to keep going!
