Goodbye day

I am sooooo bored of feeling rubbish! I felt, and looked, worse again today and struggled through every minute of work. I have been sleeping on the sofa so I don't disturb Andy but I think I will request a swap in an attempt to get a bit of a better sleep. I have no other ideas other than that!
