Macaroni Cheese.....

....Is the perfect comfort food and my daughters favourite meal. Under the grill to get a crust on it, maybe left it a wee bit too long as the tomatoes are barbecued, but it tasted so good.
It was bitterly cold when I left work at 1.00, wet windy and very dreich and more of the same tomorrow I think!
