Walking down Sale Fell

Sale Fell is just a few miles from Cockermouth...

There is an excellent 2 hour circular walk which goes up quite high to the top of Sale Fell.

In the photo you can see Ros walking down towards Skiddaw...

We haven't seen any sun today, but it has stayed dry! The wind chill factor made it feel quite cool without any sunshine...

Mustn't grumble, it was good to get out!
