... reflections from Aros (and have included an extra).  A fairly productive day until I stupidly picked up the new car battery in an awkward way so have hurt my back.  Hopefully the ibuprofen and neoprene support belt will make it go away quickly.  Just finished a zoom Santa planning meeting now going to lie down.
