Fist and mog

Foggy cycle ride to market.  I like fog. I like the way it gives layers to scenes, painting out the background into a ghostly set allowing you to see discrete forms in isolation.  I like the semblance of anonymity by figures being indistinct. It softens harsh outlines. I like the sudden chill experienced as you enter a heavy patch of fog. It all adds to its sense of mystery.
Interestingly, I was not the only fascinated person as I encountered several people with cameras in no more than a few metres.  A camera club possibly?
