Sunday walk

I’m now following my trainer on Instagram as she takes her clients through a stretching session. It’s all in Greek as she works here in Athens. She grew up in the UK but has been back for 14 years. The session was deep, intense stretching. Felt so much better for it. Grateful. Then went for a long, long walk through a very quiet Athens. I took this photo on the main road near Kolonaki - there’s a section where the trees overhang and the houses are grand. It’s very pretty.
Did a bit of work, dinner, TV, bed.
