Longevity

This beautiful tree was planted by the queen back in the 50s.

The Gardens here are beautiful and immaculate, a great team works hard to keep yearly standards.

Longevity is what I'm questioning about this new role, my poor metaphor for this tree standing strong is not how I feel about myself in this new role.

I'm not overly enjoying the role as my outward personality is not appreciated in the small teams I work with so am struggling to find my feet!

I know it's a culture shock after 17 years at one company but ....have to manage my expectations
